Best omelette ever and the breakfast burrito was wonderful. The service was very good. Our server went out of her way for us. We will return!

The food was great and the prices are fair too, I got the chicken fried steak with eggs and hash browns. The hashbrown serving was very big and they were cooked just the way I like them. The service was fairly fast despite having a line out the door. Overall I had a great experience here.

Place is super busy however the service is still very friendly. Dishes are huge and very tasty, coffee (we drink Latte) is ok. We had to wait quite a while to get our food (I think around 30 minutes).

Nice little cafe with good food. All 6 of us ordered different selections and everyone was pleased. Friendly staff, will visit again!

Hands-down one of the best breakfast’s in the Pacific Northwest let alone Friday Harbor and the owner and staff were very friendly and helpful to accommodate our large party!

Wife and I had a very yummy breakfast with zero disappointment. We will return for sure. Wife loved Benny bar. I definitely enjoyed my meal. Thank you.

A solid breakfast spot with a plentiful selection of all your favorite morning go tos. The restaurant is right near the ferry so if you dropped your car off a bit in advance, it would be a dining option while you wait.Poached eggs were perfectly executed, bacon that ideal mix of crisp yet most, the only compliant would be about the coffee, which was pretty undrinkable and tasted a day old. Staff is friendly and on top of drink refills. We will definitely return, just not for the coffee.

The corn beef hash was EPIC BEYOND ALL REASON. a singular 5 star meal.

Rocky Bay Cafe is what I would call your average breakfast joint. Prices are reasonable and portions are large!

Food was out standing, large plates and the nicest people in this small quaint town

Great quality food, drinks, and service. The mimosas were enormous and tasty. Very busy place so don't be surprised if you need to wait 10 or 15 minutes for a table. I wouldn't come with a group larger than 4 as the tables and space are limited. We had the club sandwich, huevos rancheros, mimosas, and a mocha and latte to go. The mocha and latte were very good. A bit noisy so if you require a quiet place to eat breakfast or lunch perhaps try another venue. We have visited Rocky Bay Cafe twice now. Highly recommended!

Food was absolutely amazing with generous portion sizes. However, maybe because it was busy some staff seemed a bit crabby. I'd certainly go back in the future though and recommend it highly. The line was out the door - which I always consider a good sign.

Didn't have a very good experience. VERY busy place since it is one of the only places open on the commercial strip (the whole island?) for breakfast. Didn't mind waiting but when served the coffee was cold. Mentioned it and a new brew was promised but never came. Started choking on breakfast and stormed the cash desk when water was also promised and didn't come after many minutes. No apologies. Coffees not charged. Left unsatisfied.

I cant comment on the food but the service is about as rude as it gets. The door was open, lights on, music playing and 2 people behind the counter but the sign hanging by the door said closed. I figured maybe they had forgotten to flip the sign so I asked at the door. The guy told me to learn to read and got nasty with me. I walked away while he was still yelling at me. Amazing.

Great Food...Friendly service

Had a bit of time to kill while waiting on a ferry and this place caught my eye. I'm really glad it did as the service was excellent and food prep time was quick. Even though my dish had to be remade due to an ingredient that wasn't listed (onions), I had a new plate in front of me in less than 5 minutes. The Corned Beef Hash was interestingly done, not your typical mushy hash, but true corned beef on top of hash-browns. The Crab Eggs Benedict was the best Eggs Benny my dining partner and I had ever had. They also had a huge selection of tea and a nice, cozy interior. My only gripe was that my Chai Latte was missing some...Chai? Didn't taste quite right. Still enjoyed it, and the overall experience here.

My husband and I had breakfast here. We walked in and no one greeted us so we seated ourselves. We waited about 5 minutes before anyone greeted us even though we had contact with a staff member cleaning up a spill next to our table. We were given menus and coffee with no silverware. I had to ask for silverware. Our food was delivered in a reasonable time. The waitress came by and offered to top off our coffee when she was dropping off our check but never came back. Friendly staff and great food just not good service.

I had lunch at Rocky Bay for the first time today. THE best French dip ever! The staff and John were wonderful! It was like being in their home LOLLoved it......Lisa

Let's just say that I'm still thinking about the bacon & pesto scramble! It was that good... Eaten here several times with my family and have had great meals everytime. Highly recommend!!

Just had breakfast here while waiting for the ferry to arrive and we were not disappointed. Very friendly and quick service. The food was on point. I had the California Eggs Benedict but had them add their homemade corned beef to it and my husband had the chicken fried steak. My nieces and nephew all had the kids flap jacks and hot cocoas. We will definitely eat here again.

Wonderful breakfasts! This is the second morning in a row for my daughter and I. John and Jordan really make everyone feel welcome and cared for. Definitely a must stop while in Friday Harbor!

Unfriendly to the hearing impaired. Too much noise from misbehaving children to communicate. Food is good but not worth the inability to have a conversation.

A hella busy Saturday morning after the ferry landed. It's first come, first served. Thankfully we arrived first, ate and bounced.We were visiting the island for an event at the San Juan Island Yacht Club.The space is small but quaint. Luckily you can turn tables quickly, even when busy.I had the smoked salmon Benedict. Delish!

Service was friendly. Food was so-so. Food more on par with stuff coming from a Cisco truck (shredded hash browns, mix pancakes). Had chosen this place based on all the great reviews, pretty disappointed. Just tasteless, ho hum food

Awesome service and AMAZING food!!! Definitely try one of "those" mimosas (I cant remember the name but they will know!) I had the ceaser wrap and it was amazing! My husband had the French dip and is still talking about how good it was! Also this place is Kid friendly!!

Fun little spot for breakfast. Crazy bright colored art on the walls. Friendly staff greets you with a wave and a warm hello! I enjoyed the a la carte breakfast option. I was able to get just the right amount of food for me. I had a side of French toast and bacon. So very good.
